What is classed as a beginner?
Anyone new to exercise or if you haven’t participated in regular exercise for at least 1 year.

Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start! There are so many choices with fitness training it can all be a bit overwhelming. By joining the fitness journey we will be taking it back to basics, nothing fancy just beginning a regular exercise program that we will work on together creating a solid platform for your long term fitness.
I take a realistic and achieveable approach to helping my clients reach their goals. In four weeks you will notice significant changes to your fitness levels and approach to exercise, I will provide you with the training you need in order to make it happen.
What to expect from the training?
You will receive exactly the same training and program planning as a one to one client, the only difference is you will be training as a group of 2 or 3 at the gym.
There will be a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance training, and the exercises will be explained and demonstrated in detail before you begin.
I am here to help and I want you to succeed, it’s going to be a team effort!
How it works
So let’s be clear from the start so we all know where we stand.
You will receive commitment, support and guidance from me and in return I require commitment from you in order for the training to work.
This offer is for you if:
- You’re looking to improve your health & fitness
- You have the motivation & drive to give it a go
- You are prepared to put in the work
This offer is not for you if:
- You can’t attend the sessions on a weekly basis
- You lack motivation
- You can’t be consistent with your training
After the first free session you can decide if you want to join the beginners fitness journey.
If you want to join the journey you will be required to pay for four sessions (£40) in advance, this will secure your weekly slot for the four weeks.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
After the four weeks to reward your hard work and commitment the price goes down!
You will then go on to take part in a weekly fitness class once you have completed the initial training phase, as well as receiving continued support and training plans to do outside of the gym.
The class is only £7.50 per person and the training is notched up to the next level.

At the gym; Cherry Garden Nursery, Hastings Road, Rolvenden, TN17 4PL
Online; if you can’t make it to the gym or it’s a bit far I also offer fitness training via an online platform
