There are lots of options when it comes to having Personal Training sessions, whether it’s once in a while or on a regular basis the choice is yours.

 Private use

The gym is available for private use and you can to book by the hour, subject to availability. You can train alone or with friends and family.

This allows you the whole place to yourself so you won’t have to be waiting for equipment or put off by other people using the gym.

There is a strict cleaning and sanitising policy in place to ensure we all stay as safe as possible.



Classes run all year round and cater for all levels.
